摘要
设计了一种矮化密植红枣采收装置,阐述了该装置的结构及工作原理,主要对装置的拨杆架、偏心机构和集果装置进行了设计。该采收装置应用曲柄滑块机构的运动原理,采用高频小振幅树冠振动方式实现矮化密植红枣的采收,通过倒伞状集果装置完成果实收集。田间试验表明:对于含水率在60%以下的红枣,当振幅在0.014 m、频率在18~25 Hz(振动时间在7~15 s)时,落果率在93%以上。
This paper designs a harvesting device of dwarf and close planting jujube.The structure and the operating principle of the harvesting device are introduced in the paper.The rod frame,eccentric mechanism and fruit catching device of dwarf and close planting jujube harvest are designed.The harvesting device adopts the movement principle of slider-crank mechanism to harvest dwarf and close planting jujube in using of crown vibration style of high frequency and small amplitude,the collecting unit of the jujubes is a down umbrella device.Field experiment showed that: when the moisture is below 60%,the amplitude is 0.014m,the frequency is between 18~25hz(the vibration time is between 7~15s),the dropping rate of the jujubes can reach more than 93%.
