我国生物燃料可持续发展研究——基于SWOT战略四边形

Study on the Sustainable Development of Bio-fuels in China —Based on SWOT Strategy Quadrilateral

提出了我国生物燃料可持续发展的核心内容和定义,对我国生物燃料可持续发展做了较为全面的SWOT战略分析。基于SWOT战略四边形的量化评价理论,确定了SWOT战略的因素集,利用层次分析法与德尔菲法,构建了我国生物燃料可持续发展的战略四边形,为相关部门制定生物燃料可持续发展的政策与实施方案提供技术支持。

This article put forward the core content and definition about sustainable development of bio-fuels in China and made the overall SWOT strategic analysis.Based on quantitative evaluation theory of SWOT strategy quadrilateral,the factor sets of SWOT strategy were established.By using the methods of analytic hierarchy process and Delphi,the strategy quadrilateral was constructed about the sustainable development of bio-fuels in China.Furthermore,it will offer some effective technologies for the relevant department to formulate a policy of the sustainable development of bio-fuels.
