不同确权法在农村居民点复垦潜力评价中的应用--以重庆市永川区为例

Comparative on Evaluation and Classification of Rural Residential Land Consolidation Potential Based on Entropy Weight Method and AHP —A Case Study of Yongchuan District,Chongqing City

有效与合理地进行农村居民点复垦潜力评价分级,是顺利开展农村居民点复垦的重要环节。为此,在构建农村居民点复垦潜力评价分级指标体系的基础上,采用信息熵法和AHP法对永川区农村居民点复垦潜力进行评价分级,并进行对比分析,寻找对农村居民点复垦潜力分值影响的差异。研究结果表明,两种方法对农村居民点复垦潜力分值影响的顺序差相差较小,并且在农村居民点复垦潜力评价分级结果的空间分布上也基本吻合。研究认为,在农村居民点复垦潜力评价分级中,应该综合考虑两种方法的优点和劣势,以便提高评价分级的准确性和合理性。

The effective evaluation and classification of rural residential land consolidation potential is an important step for successful implementation of land consolidation in rural residential areas in the district of Yongchuan.Therefore,a comprehensive evaluation and classification index system of 1and consolidation in rural residential areas was established,and evaluation and classification of rural residential land consolidation potential were evaluated based on entropy weight method and AHP in Yongchuan district and compare two methods to find the difference of the score of realistic potential of 1and consolidation.The results showed that difference of results order was small,The intensive use scores were divided into four grades,the spatial difference of grades were implemented by the ARCGIS 9.3 is also small.The studies telled that it should consider the advantages and disadvantages of two methods in the classification of rural residential land consolidation potential,so as to improve the accuracy and rationality of evaluation.
