摘要
输送液压马达提供了油茶果采摘机输送系统的动力,其动态性能对输送系统的稳定性有较大影响。为此,以液压马达的流量连续性方程以及力矩平衡方程为研究基础,运用MATLAB/Simulink软件建立其动态仿真模型,根据马达型号代入相关参数后仿真验证模型的准确性并分析输送系统的动态特性。
The deferent hydraulic motor provides power for the transport system of the machine to pluck the grease tea fruit,its dynamic performance has a great influence on the stability of the transport system.The article based on the flow continuity and moment equilibrium equation of the deferent hydraulic motor for the research foundation,building its dynamic simulation model use MATLAB/Simulink.and then setting the relevant parameters base on the type of the deferent hydraulic motor and simulation,checking the correctness of the model and analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the transport system.
