摘要
简要介绍了鲜柿温水脱涩传统方法的优点,阐述了采用温水进行鲜柿脱涩的生产过程、质量鉴别与控制、保温方法等工艺内容;同时,应用机电一体化技术设计了采用温水进行鲜柿脱涩的机电一体化系统装置;详细阐述了该系统的结构组成、工作原理、控制流程、使用维护以及与传统方法相比较的优越性。
The merit of traditional method to make fresh persimmons lose acerbity were introduced concisely in this paper.The process,quality identification and controlling and methods of heat preservation of the technique that use warm water to make fresh persimmons lose acerbity were discussed.The system devices using warm water to make fresh persimmons lose acerbity was designed with mechanotronics technology.Composition,working theory,controlling flow,using and maintaining and the advantage compared with traditional method of the mechanotronics system were investigated.
