摘要
穴盘育苗播种机是设施农业生产中的主要技术装备,利用其可以达到机械化精准播种的要求,其播种的质量直接影响着育苗的质量。根据育苗生产的要求,应用气吸振动技术,设计了一种针式精量播种机,介绍了其结构特点以及工作原理,设计并确定了主要工作部件结构参数、气路以及控制系统。通过试验对影响播种的基本参数进行了研究,分析得出了最优生产条件。试验表明,该播种机单粒率可达到94.25%,而空穴率及重播率分别为1.85%和3.91%,能够较好地满足生产实际需要。
The plug seedling seeder is major technical equipment in the production of facility agriculture,the requirement of mechanical precision seeding is attained through it,and seeding quality has effect on the quality of seedling.According to the demands of seedling,the paper designed a suction-vibration-type precision seeder,and introduced structural features and the operation principles,devised the structural parameters of critical components.The optimum plant condition is arrived by analyzing and studying the basic parameters influencing the seeding through the test.The experiment results show that the rate of single seed is 94.25%,the empty hole rate is 1.85%,the re-seeding rate is 3.91%.
