摘要
4MZ-3000型自走式梳齿采棉机采用具有自清理功能的采摘台,可一次性完成棉花采摘和清理两项作业。为了降低清花装置的含杂率,采用二次正交旋转组合设计,建立了回归方程,用残差正态概率图法对回归方程进行适合性检验,利用constr求解多变量非线性约束最优问题。试验证明,应用二次正交旋转组合设计所得到的清花装置的主要影响因子机器行走速度和尘棒与锯齿滚筒的间距作为参数是可行的,并取得了最优解,即x1=3.8 km/h,x2=25.7 mm,含杂率y=19.5%。
4MZ-3000 self-propelled cotton stripper using a self-cleaning function of picking unit,can complete two operations of cotton picking and cleaning-up.In order to optimize impurity rate of seed cotton cleaner,quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design was used.a regression equation was established.Rankit figure method inspected whether regression equation was appropriate or not.Constr solved multivariable nonlinear constraints optimal problem.Tests showed that application quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design,seed cotton cleaner get main influence factors: the walking speed and the gap of dust stick and serrated roller,that as the parameters were feasible,and get the optimal solution,namely x1=3.8km/h,x2=25.7mm,impurity ratey=19.5%.
