摘要
通过对分种盘排种性能的单因素试验,确定了排种性能的主要影响因素;通过对分种盘排种性能的正交试验,明确了影响因素的主次顺序、优水平、最优组合以及试验因素的显著性水平;通过对分种盘排种性能的通用旋转组合试验,建立了排种性能指标与主要影响因素之间的数学模型,为进一步的参数优化奠定了基础。
Based on working principle of slant disc pneumatic metering device,the moving process of a single seed on metering disc was analyzed and the movement stage was determined.Seed movement during metering procedure was investigated and mathematic model describing seed movement was developed.A simulation of seeds filling procedure within the metering device was carried out with computer program MATLAB.The results showed that the influence factors of seed movement were slant angle of the disc,the friction coefficient of seed with the metering disc.For different kinds of seeds with different physical characteristics,the optimum working performance of the metering device could be obtained only by selecting different combination of parameters of the metering device.
