基于物联网的农副产品质量追溯系统研究

农副产品质量安全是我国食品安全的重要组成部分,我国现有的农副产品追溯体系尚存在溯源信息流程不一致、内容不规范以及数据难以交换与共享等问题。为此,引入物联网技术,结合RFID技术与EPC标准,构建了农产品流通数字管理模式,开发了农产品质量追溯系统,既能够为消费者提供农副产品信息查询,又能为管理者进行物流责任追溯提供便利,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。

The agricultural product quality safety of our country food safety is an important part of our country,the existing agricultural products traceability system has traceability information flow inconsistency,content specification,data sharing and exchange of hard problems.This paper introduces the networking technology,combined with the technology of RFID and EPC standard,construction of the circulation of agricultural products to digital management mode,the development of agricultural product quality traceability system,able to provide consumers with agricultural and sideline products information,but also for managers to make logistics liability traceability is facilitated,possesses rather good significance in theory and practice.
