摘要
通过腹腔注射四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病小鼠模型,以3种不同剂量的纯化软枣猕猴桃多糖(主要组分APP由木糖和葡萄糖组成,摩尔比分别为1∶0.29和1∶4.6)灌胃,以蒸馏水、格列本脲为对照,21d后,处死小鼠,取血,分离肝脏测定各组小鼠0、21d时空腹血糖值和21d时糖耐量,结果表明:糖尿病小鼠灌胃软枣猕猴桃多糖显著降低空腹血糖、提高糖耐量、增加肝糖原,降低血脂水平。
The target of this manuscript is to elucidate the effect of purified polysaccharide(AAP) extracted from Actinidia arguta on the Diabetes Mellitus mouse induced by injecting alloxan.For this,three different doseage of polysaccharide(AAP) from Actinidia arguta was feed to mouse for 21 days,then the index of blood and liver was determined,the result demonstrated that diabetic mice fed with Actinidia arguta polysaccharides can significantly reduce fasting blood glucose levels,improve glucose tolerance in diabetic mice and increase hepatic glycogen content,and decrease blood lipid levels.
