非物质文化遗产视野下的传统武术保护问题

Research of traditional Wushu protection in the view of Intangible Cultural Heritage

传统武术属于非物质文化遗产,现在正有越来越多的传统武术项目进入四级非物质文化遗产名录,这其中暴露出传承人有争议、申报内容不严谨、评价机构不够健全等问题。本文认为,保护工作要注意以人为本、活态传承,要注意保护传统武术生存的文化土壤,在保护工作中运用知识产权制度等。

Traditional Wushu belongs to the Intangible Cultural Heritage,more and more traditional Wushu items are being added into the four-class list of Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage,while encounters some problems,such as unclear category adscription of traditional Wushu,easygoing declaring content,disputed initia- tor and heritor,distempered evaluation organization etc.The article considers that protection should be people ori- ented,be passed on actively,pay attention to entireness and original,initiative of initiator and heir should be brought into play,to combine protection with utilization,to protect the traditional Wushu from an angle of modern intellectual property.
