高脂日粮对大鼠在水迷宫中的认知行为的影响

摘要 有研究表明高脂饮食可影响神经系统的发育,造成认知功能损伤.本研究利用水迷宫检测了高脂饮食对大鼠在水迷宫中的习惯性学习、工作记忆和空间记忆能力的影响,结果表明:高脂日粮导致大鼠学习记忆能力下降,认知功能受损.这种损伤可能和高脂日粮所致的海马、纹状体、额叶皮质等脑区的氧化损伤有关. Several studies suggest that HFD influence the development of the central nervous system and cause cognitive impairment.In present study,the effects of high fat food on the function of habit learning,working memory and special memory in rats were tested in Morris maze.The results show that the HFD treatment impaired the learning and memory of rat.The impairment maybe related to the oxidative damage of hippocampus,striatum and cortex of frontal lobe induced by HFD.
