对空分装置检修作业安全的探讨

DISCUSSION ON THE OVERHAUL SAFETY OF THE AIR SEPARATION UNIT

通过几次对空分装置系统停车大检修,综述了空分装置在停车检修时的各项安全防范措施及注意事项,包括冷箱扒装珠光砂、铺设架板、塔内作业、试压查漏等一系列检修前的安全准备工作及检修过程中的安全控制,为检修人员的安全和设备的安全运行提供保障。

Through several shut-down overhauls of the air separation unit,this paper summarizes the safety measures and precautions for such overhauls,including a series of safety preparation work before the overhauls such as the stripping off and fitting pearlite for the cold box,laying frame plate,tower operation,pressure test and leakage check and safety control during the overhaul process.This provides reference for colleagues from the same industry during their overhaul process of cold box.
