二级气浮+二段生化处理炼油废水

TREATMENT OF REFINERY SEWAGE BY SECONDARY AIR-FLOATATION AND TWO-STAGE BIOCHEMICAL PROCESS

摘要 通过对石油化工企业炼油废水水质特性的分析,采用隔油—浮选—曝气—A/O生化工艺处理锦西石化的炼油废水。实践表明,二级气浮+二段生化处理工艺对炼油废水COD和NH3-N的平均去除率为96.7%和99.2%。,使外排水水质远优于辽宁省《污水综合排放标准》中规定的CODcr<50 mg/L,NH3-N<8 mg/L的标准。 After analysis on the water quality characteristics of the refinery wastewater from petrochemical enterprises,biochemical process of oil removal—floatation—aeration—A/O was adopted to treat the wastewater from Jinxi Petrochemical Company.The actual results indicated that the average removal rates of COD and NH3-N by the secondary air floatation and two-stage biochemical process were 96.7%and 99.2% respectively,which are far superior to the standards of CODcr<50 and NH3-N<8 in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard of Liaoning Province.
