员工HSE意识的高低直接决定着企业HSE管理的成败,也影响着企业形象与发展。培养员工HSE意识的方法多种多样,但都需要长期的过程。员工与HSE管理人员换位思考,直接参与生产过程中的HSE监督。员工在HSE监督过程中,加快提高自身的HSE意识和HSE技能,促进HSE管理工作上新台阶。
HSE awareness of employees directly determines the success or failure of HSE management in an enterprise and affects the image and development of it.There are various ways to increase employees' HSE awareness,but they all need long-term process.By thinking in the position of HSE managers,employees directly participate in HSE supervision so that they will increase their HSE awareness and skills quickly and promote the HSE management work to a new level.
