介绍了提高企业本质安全化的安全生产事故预防和控制物联网关键技术,通过多功能智能化数据与视频采集、处理、传输一体化设备,采用嵌入式管理系统,提高企业本质安全度。通过实际案例验证了系统的有效性,针对石油化工企业的具体情况,提出了安全生产在线监测和预警整体解决方案,以有效预防和减少企业安全生产事故的发生。

This paper introduces the key technology to prevent safe production accidents and control the Internet of things in order to improve the essential safety of enterprises.Such safety may be improved through multi-functional intelligent data and video collection,processing,transmission integration equipment and adopting embedded management system.The effectiveness of the system is verified by real cases.According to the specific circumstances of petrochemical enterprises,the paper puts forward the overall solution for on-line monitoring of safe production and early warning,which effectively prevent and decrease the occurrence of safe production accidents of the enterprises.
