浅析苏里格气田天然气管线工业动火风险控制

BRIEF ANALYSIS ON THE RISK CONTROL IN INDUSTRIAL IGNITION OF NATURAL GAS PIPELINE AT SULIGE GAS FIELD

苏里格气田属凝析气田,在连续五年的规模化开发中,涉及的动火作业级别高、频次多,要打开的管线设备有凝析油残存,氮气置换难度大、周期长,动火期间安全措施落实不到位极易引发着火、爆炸、灼烫、触电、中毒、高处坠落等事故。就苏里格气田天然气管线工业动火存在的风险进行辨识,并提出风险控制及应对措施,确保苏里格气田天然气管线工业动火安全受控。

Sulige gas field is a condensate field.During the consecutive five-year large-scale development since 2006,fire work involved in this period is of high level and frequency.There is gas condensate residue in the pipeline equipments that need to be opened.The replacement of nitrogen is difficult with a long period.Safety measures may not be implemented during fire work period.Because of these,accidents such as fire,explosion,scalding,electric shock,poisoning,high falling may occur easily.This paper identifies the risks in industrial ignition of natural gas pipeline at Sulige Gas Field and puts forward measures to control and deal with risks.This ensures that industrial ignition of natural gas pipeline at Sulige Gas Field is safe and under control.
