诱导多功能干细胞(iPSC)的诞生与前景展望

The production of induced pluripotent stem cells and Prospects in the Application

摘要 自从2006年发现通过转入特定转录因子可使分化细胞重编程,iPSC的研究已经得到了极大的发展,人们在诱导方法、应用研究、潜在问题等方面进行了相当深入的探索。然而,到目前依然还有许多问题存在,具体的重编程机制依然不清楚,诱导干细胞与正常细胞的差异也愈加得到关注,其临床应用价值尚需需更多研究论证。 Since the 2006,differentiated cells were found that they can be reprogrammed after transferred certain transcription factors,research in iPSC has been tremendously developed in the method of induction,application,and the potential problems.However,many problems still exist,reprogramming mechanism is still not clear,differences between iPS and normal cells are catching more attention,and its clinical value in the future is still needed to study with more feasibility analysis.
