摘要 欧洲空间信息基础设施是欧洲委员会于2007年4月发布的一项指令,它的发布为确立欧洲相应的立法框架,从而推进欧洲空间数据基础设施(ESDI)的建设奠定了基础。根据该指令,相关工作组起草的单项技术规范都作为实施规则来采用,这样不仅可以更全面地指导成员国执行INSPIRE标准,而且还能确保正在建设的ESDI内部的互操作性。介绍INSPIRE相关网络服务(主要是发现与浏览、下载、转换和调用服务)实施规则的内容、现状和采纳情况,以及与OGC标准的对应关系等。
