摘要
通过第二课堂学分制在模拟法庭实践教学中的具体构建,完善模拟法庭的教学与评价机制,拓宽并深化学生模拟法庭实践活动,促进学生整体素质的全面提高。
Full implementation of the second class credit system in mock court practice teaching can improve the teaching and the evaluation mechanism,expand students' practice,and promote the development of their overall quality.
