摘要
由于市场主体的自利性以及适应市场经济体制的诚信机制尚未完全建立起来,中国市场主体的诚信仅仅依靠传统道德的内在控制手段很难从根本上实现。为此,应该从中国传统道德和西方市场伦理中汲取优秀理念,完善内在诚信动力机制和外在失信约束机制,从内外两方面控制市场主体失信问题。
Because the main players of the market are for their own interest only and because a mechanism for integrity in market economy has not yet fully established,the present integrity of the market is wholly left to be maintained by traditional morals,which can hardly play such a function fundamentality.To solve the problem,valuable ideas and concepts should be drawn from both tradition and western market theories to establish an internal honesty mechanism and an external constrain system on the lack of integrity on the market.
