主要介绍了使用B&K公司的振动传感器校准系统9610A校准PCB公司的422E03型的In-Line电荷转换器的方法及不确定度评定。
This paper mainly introduces the method calibrated in the in-line charge converter of 422E03 type for PCB company,by using a 9610A vibration transducer calibration system for B&K company and its uncertainty was evaluated.
