2 0 0 3年启动的中国行政体制改革是根据世贸组织的规则 ,通过机构调整、职能转变来塑造服务型政府形象。今后我国的行政体制改革将进一步推进公共行政民主化、公共部门民营化、公共管理企业化、公共服务市场化、公共运营信息化。

The reform of the administrative system of China started in 2003 moulds the government figure of service type according to organization regulations of world trade and through adjusting the organizational structure and changing function.From now on ,the reform of the administrative system of China will further push on the dernocratization in public administration,non-nationalization in public departments,marketability in public service and informationalization in public running.
