摘要
Taking precipitation process during May 17-18,2009 as an example,this paper analyzed and summarized the operational conditions of artificial precipitation enhancement in Liaoning Province.Operational conditions can be divided into two categories,namely,macro-weather and cloud micro-physical operational conditions,this paper described their respective indexes and criterions as well as their effect and application in formulation and command of artificial precipitation enhancement plan real-timely.
