当下国产动漫既失忆,又失语,背弃了民间文学传统,丧失了话语权力,陷入发展困境。国产动漫应以民族化为根本立足点,注重发掘创新中华民族优秀的传统文化资源,才能在产业化发展道路上逐步实现国际化、现代化。而民间文学资源是非物质文化遗产的重要组成部分,其特有的文化、教育、娱乐等多重功能和价值,对于国产动漫艺术的创新和文化产业的开发有着现实的借鉴意义和应用价值。

Being both amnesiac and aphasiac,current domestic animation abandons folk literature tradition,and loses its discourse power,thus falling into a predicament of development.Domestic animation should base on the national characteristics fundamentally,focusing on exploration of the excellent Chinese traditional cultural resources so as to realize internationalization and modernization progressively on the way of industrial development.Folk literature resources constitute an important portion of intangible cultural heritage,carrying political,cultural,economic,educational,artistic,recreational and other multiple functions and values.These functions and values possess application value for domestic animation's innovation and for cultural industry development.
