实时三维经食管超声心动图诊断二尖瓣黏液瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女,47岁,因阵发性心前区不适半个月来我院就诊.查体:心律齐,各瓣膜听诊区未闻及异常心音与病理性杂音.实验室检查:各项生化指标均正常.经胸超声心动图检查:各心腔大小正常,二尖瓣前叶左心房面可见两个团块状实性中等回声,大小分别为8 mm×9 mm和11 mm×13 mm,肿物基底较宽,随二尖瓣前叶摆动.实时三维经食管超声心动图检查:二尖瓣前叶左心房面可见两个中等回声结节,大小分别为7 mm×9 mm和10 mm×8 mm,基底宽,瘤体自身活动度较小,随二尖瓣前叶摆动,收缩期进入左心房侧,舒张期入左心室侧,频谱多普勒测出二尖口血流流速E峰为98 cm/s,A峰为57 cm/s;彩色多普勒显示二尖瓣少量反流信号.
