Some Considerations on the Development of Quickening Listed Companies in Qinghai

本文从扩大上市规模 ,拓宽融资渠道 ;运用市场化手段 ,扶持民营企业上市 ;规范市场秩序 ,确保股东利益 ;加大改革力度 ,提高上市公司经营效率以及依托企业发展的客观条件 ,不断丰富和充实企业发展的软环境等方面对加快青海上市公司发展问题进行了分析和论述 ,并提出了符合我省上市公司发展的对策和建议。

This article makes an analysis and elaboration on the development of quickening the listed companies of Qinghai from enlarging the listed scope,widening the channel's circulating funds;making full use of market means to support the private companies to list;regulating the market order to ensure stockholders benefits,quickening the dynamics of reform to improve management efficiency of the listed companies and so on,and then raises countermeasure and suggestions suited to the listed companies' development in Qinghai province.
