洋口港经济开发区规划水资源论证初探

Discussion on planning water resources identification in the economic development zone of Yangkou port

规划水资源论证是水资源论证工作的重点之一,目前尚处于起步阶段。江苏省洋口港经济开发区是江苏省沿海开发的前沿阵地,开发区规划水资源论证工作对于开发区合理利用水资源,实现水资源保护与可持续利用具有重要的意义。本文以洋口港经济开发区为例,对园区规划水资源论证的内容和方法进行了探索,为园区规划水资源论证的编制工作提供一定的参考。

Water resources identification for regional planning is one of the major works,and it is still in infancy.Yangkou Port economic development zone in Jiangsu Province stands in the forward position of the coastal development,the study of planning water resources identification is important for reasonable use of water resources,and realizing the water resources protection and sustainable utilization.This paper took Yangkou Port economic development zone for example and probed the content and methods of planning water resources identification,witch can provide some references for the compilation work.
