摘要
目前在油库安全评价领域所采用的评价方法基本上可以从定性和定量两个方面进行划分。单纯的定性分析容易造成研究的粗浅,而有关数据的不完善,也使得定量安全评价方法难以得到有效应用和检验。因此,应当结合定性和定量的方法进行系统分析和评价,弥补单纯定性分析和单纯定量分析所产生的不足。研究将事故树的定性分析与传统层次分析法相结合而成的改进层次分析法及其应用方面的问题。
At present,the evaluation methods used in the safety assessment of oil depots may be basically divided into qualitative and quantitative methods. Simple qualitative analysis may easily lead to superficial study,while the faultiness of relevant data makes it difficult to effectively apply and test the quantitative safety assessment methods. Therefore,we should combine qualitative and quantitative methods for systematic analysis and evaluation in order to make up for the deficiency caused by simple qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. This paper embarks on the improved analytic hierarchy process which is a combination of qualitative analysis of accident tree and the traditional analytic hierarchy. It also deals with the application of the improved analytic hierarchy process.
