人工模拟环境条件对霸王种子发芽率影响的研究 被引量:5

摘要 在室内控制条件下,研究了霸王种子及其活力和吸水率以及光照、温度、水分胁迫、NaCl胁迫、PEG模拟水分胁迫、播种深度、土壤质地对霸王种子发芽率的影响。结果表明:黑暗对霸王种子萌发有抑制作用;土壤质地对霸王种子萌发也有影响,其中霸王种子在壤土中萌发率最大;霸王种子的最适萌发温度为20℃;霸王种子的最适萌发深度为0.5 cm;种子不具有耐盐性,当NaCl浓度低于0.8%时,种子才可以萌发;在聚乙二醇(PEG)模拟水分胁迫条件下,种子的发芽率随胁迫强度的增加而降低。本研究为霸王在荒漠地区人工繁育及大规模人工种植提供了理论依据。 Under the indoor controlled environment,the vigor and imbibition of the zygophyllum xanthoxylum seeds are studied,and the effects of illumination,temperature,water stress,salt-stress,PEG under water stress conditions,soil depth and soil texture on the germination of the Zygophyllum xanthoxylum seeds were investigated.The results show that darkness can restrain the germination of the Zygophyllum xanthoxylum seeds.The soil texture also has an effect on the germination of the Zygophyllum xanthoxylum seeds,and the Zygophyllum xanthoxylum seeds in the loam(68.57%) has the highest germination rate;the optimum germination temperature of the Zygophyllum xanthoxylum seeds is 20 ℃.The optimum soil depth of Zygophyllum xanthoxylum is 0.5 cm.The seeds can not tolerant strong salinity,when the NaCl concentration is lower than 0.8%,the seeds can bourgeon;the seed germination rate increases with the stress intensity decreases in polyethylene glycol(PEG) under water stress conditions.
