摘要
通过对高校学报档案的立卷归档,以电子档案与纸质档案进行比较,认为二者各有优缺点、相互补充,相得益彰。认为学报档案实行"双套制"管理是必要的、合理的。
Based on archiving of university journal archives,electronic files and paper files have their own advantages and disadvantages and they are complementary each other.The two-set management for journal archives is a necessary and reasonable.
