摘要
采用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机制备了3种不同轧制工艺下的Cu-P-Cr-Ni-Mo-Nb耐候钢试样,其晶粒尺寸分别为11.9μm,9.2μm和6.8μm。使用Fl-65干湿周期浸润腐蚀试验机对裸钢进行72 h实验室周浸加速腐蚀试验;试验钢锈层与基体结合性较好;采用腐蚀失重法计算腐蚀速率。结果表明晶粒尺寸对试验钢耐大气腐蚀性能影响不明显。
Three Cu-P-Cr-Ni-Mo-Nb weathering steel samples of different grain sizes,which were of 11.9 μm,9.2 μm and 6.8 μm respectively,were prepared using Gleeble-1500D thermo-simulator system.The accelerating corrosion experiments of the bare weathering steel were carried out for 72 hours through the FI-65 dry wet cycle infiltrating corrosion tester.The rust layer and matrix of the trial steel had good combinability.The corrosion weight-loss method was exploited to obtain the corrosion mass,and the corrosion rate and depth were calculated.The results showed that the grain size does not significantly affect the atmosphere corrosion resistance.
