摘要
从对"和谐"的认识出发,提出在高等学校教学督导中必须坚持"以人为本",创造和谐的工作氛围的"和谐督导"理念,并从"和谐督导"要求处理好"督导"与"被督导"的关系,要求加强"导"的力度,充分调动被督导者的主动性,要求教学督导机构多沟通和交流,改进教学督导方法等几个方面阐述了"和谐督导"的具体做法。
Based on the understanding of 'harmony',it is suggested that teaching supervision must adhere to the 'people-oriented' philosophy to create a harmonious work atmosphere of harmony guiding.'Harmony Guiding' requires dealing with a good relationship between guiding and be-supervised.Several specific practices of the Harmonious Supervision,i.e.to address 'Guide',to mobilize the initiative of teacher,to communicate and exchange,to improve way of teaching supervision were introduced.
