In face of the emergence of new criminal cases in the economic development of the transition period and the complexity of the investigation work,it has been a tricky topic for the public security organs to correctly understand and apply law,grasp the legal and policy limits,seize,freeze and handle money and property involved in criminal cases lawfully,reasonably and properly.
