摘要
流程工业模型系统(PIMS)操作简单、功能强大,可以模拟流程工业企业的生产经营过程,发现加工流程中的瓶颈,为企业的生产经营提供决策依据。2009年中国石化青岛石油化工有限责任公司进行了扩能和技术改造,为了解决技术改造后生产中遇到的问题,利用PIMS模型对石脑油、重油外购以及催化油浆不同流向的加工方案进行了测算。通过对比经济效益、装置负荷、可比综合商品率等指标,筛选出了优化的生产方案。
Processes industry modeling system(PIMS) has the advantages of user-friendly control and function perfect.The system can simulate the entire procedure of production and business in enterprise of continuous operation,bottlenecks in the enterprise to be found for basis of the decision.The expansion of capacity and technical innovation was implemented in worksite of the authors in 2009.In order to work out the problems in production,the schemes for naphtha,heavy oil outsourcing and catalytic slurry oil weremeasured and calculated with the model of PIMS.The optimized production schemes were selected bycomparing the cost-effectiveness,load,comparable composite merchandise rate.
