摘要
烷基化反应器原设计为均匀分配各床层的乙烯量,经优化后,改为按床层温升变化调整各床层乙烯量,保证烷基化反应的转化率和选择性,延长了烷基化催化剂运行时间,由设计的2年运行周期提高到现在的4年,不仅创造很好的经济效益,也为以后烷基化催化剂长效运行奠定基础。
The volume of ethylene was distributed equably to every bed in the alkylation reactor on the basis of original design.In order to preserve percent conversion and selectivity of the catalyst in the alkylation reaction,and extend life of the catalyst,the volume of ethylene in the beds was adjusted according to rise of temperature in the beds.Life of the catalyst was lengthened from 2 years to 4 years with the optimization.
