摘要
通过数据分析,从提高聚丙烯装置产量、延长催化剂在反应器的停留时间、降低催化剂成本、减少丙烯和氮气的排放等方面论证了单环管聚丙烯工艺可以利用气相反应器生产均聚聚丙烯的可行性。论证结果表明,利用单环管反应器与气相反应器串联进行生产,均聚聚丙烯T30S产量可以提高1.7 t/h,催化剂的反应活性可以增加25%~35%。
In order to increase polypropylene(PP) output,to extend the reaction time of catalyst in the reactor,to reduce the costs in catalyst,and to lessen emissions of propylene and nitrogen,the feasibility of producing PP homopolymer by the gas phase reactor with single-loop-reactor process was investigated by the data analysis.The results show that the yield of PP homopolymer in shop sign of T30S can be improved to 1.7 t/h and the catalyst reactivity increased by 25%-35% with the single loop reactor cascade connected the gas phase reactor.
