介绍了PE100级双峰分布高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)管材专用树脂PN049-030-122的性能以及工艺生产过程。针对该树脂生产工艺较为复杂,产品质量控制难度较大以及装置长周期运行中存在的问题,技术人员采取了一系列质量调节方法和工艺优化措施。措施实施后,不仅延长了装置的运行周期,还降低了生产成本。
It is introduced that the performances of PN049-030-122,grade PE100,which is a bimodal distribution of high density polyethylene for tubular products,and the production process.In order to solve the troubles from the complex production process,difficulty in product quality control and unexpectedfailures in the plant for a long period operation,the quality control methods and optimization measures areimplemented.The period is extended and the cost reduced with the optimizations.
