摘要
分析了原料杂质对原料精制床层、装置能耗物耗、反应活性、反应器运行及产品质量的影响,并提出相应的预防措施和控制手段,为今后生产中出现类似问题提供指导性建议,以确保装置的安稳长满优运行。
It was analyzed that the bed of raw materials refined,the consumption in material and energy,the reactive activity,the reactor operation state and quality of the products were influenced by impurities in the raw materials.In order to ensure the plant operation in condition of safety,stability,long-period,full load and high-quality,to avoid the trouble caused by the impurities,the appropriate preventive measures and control methods were proposed.
