摘要
中国石化集团资产经营管理有限公司齐鲁石化分公司热电厂除灰渣系统原采用水力除灰除渣,水力除灰除渣不仅耗电、浪费水,而且堆存的大量粉煤灰、炉渣既占用土地,又污染周边环境。为了节能降耗该厂将水力除灰除渣改为干式气力除灰、脱水仓除渣方式。技术改造后该厂水电消耗量明显下降,干灰、炉渣的综合利用减少了对环境的污染,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
There were series disadvantages,such as high consumption in electricity and water,occupation of land and the environment contaminated,in thermal power plant with hydraulics power to remove the ash-slag.In order to save energy and reduce consumptions,the hydraulics power has been substituted by dry pneumatic to remove the ash-slag then to deslagging in dehydration tank in the author′s plant.The water and electricity consumption have been decreased,reduced in pollution of the environment resulted from the ash-slag comprehensive utilized,and economic and social benefits achieved,by the technical improvement.
