处理苯酚丙酮装置检修污水的可行性分析

摘要 120 kt/a苯酚丙酮装置每年检修过程中都会产生大量的检修污水,因检修污水中苯酚等有机物含量较高,所以检修污水的处理时间较长且处理成本较高。利用含酚废水萃取系统处理检修污水既回收了苯酚,又降低了处理费用,检修污水中的苯酚含量由3 400~3 717 mg/L降到100 mg/L以下,化学需氧量低于3 400 mg/L。 A lot of sewage was discharged in chemicals production plant overhauled.There was a various of organics in the sewage from phenol and acetone plant overhauled.The higher content of phenol and other organics were in the sewage.The sewage was treated for a long time with high cost of processing.It has been resulted that both recovery of phenol from the sewage and the processing costs reduced by use of phenol wastewater treatment system.The phenol content in the treated water is less than 100 mg/L,3 400-3 717 mg/L in untreated sewage,the chemical oxygen demand of less than 3 400 mg/L.
