摘要
中国石油化工股份有限公司天津分公司1 Mt/a重整抽提装置采用了一系列先进技术,主要包括:UOP超低压连续重整工艺技术、UOP最新的ChlorsorbTM氯吸收技术、3.5 MPa抽汽背压透平技术、综合节能等多项先进技术。本文简要介绍了这些先进技术的应用情况,认真分析了存在的问题,提出了相应的改进措施,这对进一步挖潜增效具有重要的作用。
It was applied that the continuous reforming under ultra low pressure technology and ChlorsorbTM, chlorine absorption technology,the two of which were developed from UOP,extraction back pressure turbine operating under 3.5 MPa,comprehensive energy saving method,and a various of advanced technologies in the author's corporation.This paper briefly introduced application of the advanced technologies,existing problems analyzed,and suggestions of improvement proposed for playing a important role in tapping the potential and to create greater economic benefits.
