摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司金陵分公司采取提高常减压蒸馏装置总拔出率、延迟焦化装置和沥青生产能力等措施,解决了原油重质化和加工量提高带来的重油加工平衡问题。对18 Mt/a加工规模下重油加工的优化方案进行探讨,结合市场、环保的要求及国内外重油加氢技术的发展,提出了重油加工方案进一步优化的设想。 In order to solve the problems in quality deterioration of crude oil and unbalance in the heavy oil processing caused by the crude oil processing capacity improved,the following methods were applied,distillates total yield from the crude oil unit,processing capacity of the delayed coking unit and the asphalt production capacity increased respectively.Based on the requirements from the market,environmental protection and the development of heavy oil hydrogenation technology at home and abroad,the optimization plan of heavy oil processing in refinery with processing capacity of 18 Mt/a was discussed and the ideas of further optimization to the heavy oil processing proposed.
