摘要
分析了油剂及上油率、原液黏度、原液中硬脂酸镁(MG-s)t的含量、纺丝卷绕间温湿度环境等因素对氨纶丝表面性能的影响,发现氨纶丝表面的摩擦性能和静电性能是影响蛛网丝形成的重要原因,从而提出了改善蛛网丝形成的方法。
By analyzing influence of spin finish,OPU,viscosity of dope,content of MG-st in dope,the temperature and relative humidity of the take-up room etc.on surface performance of spandex fiber,author finds that the friction and static performance of spandex fiber are the important factors for formation of the cobwebby yarns and the measures are presented to to avoid formation of the cobwebby yarn.
