摘要
利用双螺杆挤出机制备了耐热性得到改善的聚乳酸/SiO2共混母粒,研究了母粒制备工艺,并采用扫描电镜对母粒的结构进行分析,采用熔融指数表征母粒的可纺性,采用热失重、差示扫描量热法对母粒的热性能进行分析。结果表明:纳米SiO2颗粒在聚乳酸中分散均匀,共混母粒可纺性好,分解温度提高,玻璃化转变温度及其热焓也有提高,因而聚乳酸的耐热性得以改善。
In order to prepare heat-resistant PLA filament,the heat-resistant PLA/SiO2 master batch was prepared by twin screw extruder and its process of preparation was studied.The SEM was applied to analyze the structure of PLA/SiO2 master batch,and the melting index was applied to express the spinnability of the master batch.Finally,the TG,DSC methods were used to analyze the thermal property of the master batch.The results indicated that the silicon oxide particles were dispersed evenly in PLA,the blended master batch had good spinnability and higher decom position point,glass transition temperature and enthalpy were also increased.So,the heat-resistance of PLA fiament was improved.
