摘要
合成了9个新型的4-硝基亚胺基-1,3,5-噁二嗪(3a^3c)和2-硝基亚胺基-1,3,5-三嗪(4d^4h,5a)。其结构通过1H NMR和元素分析证实。初步生物活性研究结果表明,某些化合物具有一定的杀虫活性。如4h和5a在200 mg/mL浓度下,对蚜虫分别具有54%和91%的活性。
Nine new neonicotinoid compounds containing 4-nitroimino-1,3,5-oxadiazinane(3a^3c)and 2-nitroimino-1,3,5-triazine(4d^4h,5a)were synthesized.The structures of title compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR and elemental analysis.The bioassay results showed that some compounds have some insecticidal activity.The inhibitory rate of compounds 4h and 5a against mosguito is 54% and 91% at 200 mg/mL.
