阿奇霉素二水合物的合成及结晶工艺改进

Improvement on Synthesis and Crystallization of Aziyhromycin Dihydrate

以二氢高红霉素、甲酸和甲醛为原料,乙酸乙酯为溶剂,经甲基化,萃取和重结晶,得到阿奇霉素二水合物,含量98.3%,收率:84.3%,产品符合USP34,EP7.0标准。

Azithromycin dihydrate was prepared from azaethromycin,formic acid and formaldehyde in ethyl acetate in 84.3% yield with purity of 98.3%,which conforms to the standard of USP34 and EP7.0.
