摘要
以热固性脲醛树脂为囊材,茉莉香精为嚢芯,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为分散剂,采用原位聚合法对液体状茉莉香精进行包覆改性,制得流动性好的粉末状微胶囊改性香精。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和热重分析(TG)等对其结构、形貌和热性能进行了分析和表征。结果表明,液体状香精被完全包覆,形貌完整,具有明显的缓释性能。
Microencapsulated jasmine perfume was prepared by in-situ polymerization,in which thermosetting urea-formaldehyde resin was chosen as the shell material and SDS as the emulsifier.The obtained microcapsules were characterized in terms of morphology,chemical structure and thermal properties by Fourier transform infrared spectroscope(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and thermogravimetry(TG).Results showed that the oil-soluble fragrance was encapsulated completely and therefore its release rate decreased evidently.
