摘要
通过改变转子转速和混炼初始温度,考察了钢丝圈胶料的排胶温度、混炼转矩与填料分散效果之间的相关性,并研究了混炼效果对粘合性能的影响。结果表明,提高转子转速及混炼初始温度,胶料的混炼转矩降低,排胶温度升高;选择适宜转子转速和混炼温度有助于提高填料分散效果;当分散性较好时,胶料综合力学性能、动态力学性能和粘合性能均提高。
Relationship of discharging temperature and mixing torque of bead compound and filler dispersion effects was investigated by changing rotation speed of rotor and initial mixing temperature.And the effect of mixing technology on adhesion of the bead compound with steel cord was studied.The results showed that the mixing torque decreased but the discharge temperature raised with the increase of the rotation speed and the initial temperature.Selecting the moderate rotation speed of the rotor and the mixing temperature would be helpful to improve the dispersion effect of fillers.When the dispersion was good,the physical mechanical properties,the dynamic mechanical properties and the adhesion properties were all increased.
