摘要 采在原有化工碳五分离的基础上增加了再脱间戊二烯塔,利用ASPEN PLUS模拟软件建模进行模拟优化,模拟结果二聚反应器环戊二烯热聚为双五戊二烯以便于脱除转化率99.3%;脱碳六塔双环戊二烯含量为66.16%;异戊二烯间戊二烯分离塔塔釜产品中异戊二烯含量为0.51%,塔顶产品中间戊二烯含量1.6%;再次脱间戊二烯塔塔顶异戊二烯中间戊二烯含量820ppb,塔底产品中异戊二烯含量19.5%。均可达到分要求,有效地分离了异戊二烯和间戊二烯。 It built Simulation and optimization modeling by ASPEN PLUS simulation software based on increasing second removal of m—pentadiene tower in the original chemical separation of C5.The results were that conversion rate was 99.3%from cyclopentadiene to dicyclopentadiene by thermal polymerization in dipolymer reactor,content of dicyclopentadiene was 66.16% in removal of C6 tower,the content of isoprene was 0.51%in bottom and m-pentadiene was 1.6%in top of separation column, the content of m—pentadiene in isoprene was 820ppb in top and isoprene was 19.5%of second removal of m—pentadiene tower. All separation requirements can be achieved.It could separate the isoprene and piperylene effectively.
